Katerova Boutique Hotel is a collection of three valuable historical houses operating as a boutique hotel after restoration and repair in 2023. This complex includes two facades, three entrances, three separate courtyards, two cellars, and a windbreak. In the middle of Imam Street, after Khajeh Khizr Bazaar, the high brick Qajar facade is visible. The hotel's services include reception, a semi-open lobby area, breakfast, teahouse, cafe, restaurant, prayer room, souvenir shop, game room and auditorium. Khajeh Khizr's traditional bath complex, with facilities and services such as Turkish baths, a spa, and a massage room, is ready to use.
